THE WEB IS REVOLUTIONIZING THE WAY PEOPLE COMMUNICATE
In a traditional classroom, the teacher is the keeper of the information. People who want that information need to wait until the teacher is ready to dispense it. This used to be the way web sites worked, too.
But the current technology of the web makes it possible, even easy, for information to flow among a large group of people. Anyone can submit information, such as an article or a photograph. Group collaboration becomes a simple, not complex, process. Information can be posted onto a site immediately, without having to wait for an overworked webmaster to get around to it.
Partnering with Stonebreaker Designs, we are able to offer our clients Tideline2006, a tool designed for "direct-edit" of information. Tideline2006 allows a community collaboration site to be created and updated from your browser, without the need to know anything more complex than how to fill in a box with questions such as the name of the article, the subject, and the text of the article.
